What Is the Contractor Supply Warehouse Return Policy and How Do Returns Work?

The Contractor Supply Warehouse is committed to the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are in new, unused, and unaltered condition. To start the return process, please give us a call at 888-584-1112 (Ext. 1) or email us at sales@cswpros.com.

Our process is simple. Let us know that you would like to return an item, we will send you a shipping label, drop your return off at your closest shipping store, and wait for us to process your return. No re-stocking fees, no inflated retail shipping rates.

How Do I Package and Send a Return for Contractor Supply Warehouse Products?

Ensure that the product is in its original, new condition and includes all original materials (manuals, accessories, etc). Please repackage the items carefully in the original packaging and materials to avoid damage in shipment. Send the product back with the provided shipping label. Note the tracking number so you know when we've received your return. 

Once returned items are received, please allow up to 7-10 business days for your return to be processed and a refund to be issued. All refunds will be for the total amount of the original sale, minus the shipping cost.

What Happens If My Contractor Supply Warehouse Order Arrives Damaged or Defective?

If a product is being returned as new, but has clearly been used or damaged priorto its return, we reserve the right to refuse refunds completely. 

If your original order is damaged, incomplete, or defective, please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. In the event of an error on our part, we will do our best to ensure returns or replacements are handled quickly and fairly. 

Custom and made-to-order products, as well as any stock products that have been altered in any way, are not eligible for a return.

Does Contractor Supply Warehouse Offer Exchanges or Product Swaps?

We do not offer exchanges. What we recommend:

1. Place a new order for the correct product.

2. Start the return process for your original order.

3. When we receive your return, we will refund your original purchase, minus the shipping cost.

What Happens If My Return Is Damaged During Shipping?

Seal your package securely! Shipping companies are hard on packages. Any items that are damaged in shipment or delivered to us as an empty box, unfortunately, cannot be considered a return, but would be eligible for store credit. Store credit is only available for bracket returns.
